Receptionist at front window was very pleasant and welcoming. X-ray technician was also courteous and professional in her communication. Excellent facility. Despite snow earlier, the parking lot cleaned up promptly and nicely. Appointment time given to me was perfect. No delay or waiting after my arrival.
There are two women who work here worth their weight in gold!!! Lori/Laura and Lisa. They are so pleasant and professional (rare these days). I was going for an MRI. These two women made me feel so relaxed and confident in their abilities that this was one of my best, if not the best, experience I have ever had at an imaging facility (any facility in recent years actually). I highly recommend this particular office if you are lucky enough to start your day with them. Thank you Lori and Lisa, you’re both heaven sent 🙏💕.
Excellent hours! Check-in process is very efficient. Staff were courteous and professional. The MRI tech was excellent!! She was patient, reassuring, and made it a point to ensure I was feeling comfortable before starting the procedure. She kept me informed along the way and checked in to make sure I was still comfortable at different points during the procedure. I never felt rushed, and felt I received information from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
My experience with the office was excellent as always. I would like to mention, however, that I brought to the front desk’s attention upon my arrival that there was quite a bit of black ice in the parking lot. When I left I thought I was being careful and in a heartbeat I found my self on the ground. There were 2 other people that fell within 5 minutes of me. I believe that the office/organization needs to be on top of this.
I had an appointment and I was taken on time. Everyone was great! The lady who did my procedure walked me through everything and was easy to talk to. A great experience!
Mixed experiences. Some employees were seeming not happy to be working, some were pleasant and professional. The facility is looking to be aging and not as clean as it should be.i was taken on time and the MRI was performed. Instructions were well communicated. The entire experience was under one hour.
Services were good but one of the receptionists was ridiculously nasty and passive aggressive. Treated me as an “other,” very disgusting behavior. The other receptionist was lovely though.
I have been using New Jersey Imaging literally for decades, albeit most of that time under its prior manifestation as Montclair Radiology. Notwithstanding the corporate merger of which I know nothing, the service providing staff is largely unchanged as near as I can tell. The patient care strikes me as highly professional as well as thorough and thoughtful. The entire operation seems efficient and effective and I have always been treated at or very close to my appointment times. For procedures where I have the latitude to decide where I choose to receive, I can’t imagine any reason to not use NJ Imaging.
